EMPLOYEE QUALIFICATIONS

Manage your employees qualifications and the positions which they can work.

Qualifications.

Each employee can be assigned their own qualifications on a per schedule/site basis. If an employee is not assigned the qualification for a position then a warning message will be displayed when creating a shift.

Keep Schedules Clean.

Employee's who do not have at least one qualification for a site will not be visibile when creating a schedule. This allows you to remove employees from a schdule and keep it clean. For example someone may work at your head office site but not the warehouse.

Pay Adjustments.

Adjust employees pay when they are working a non-standard job. Employee will be paid at their normal rate unless you provide a Pay Override for the position. For example you may wish give a cashier a temporary pay increase when they are covering for a supervisor.
